7 Day Programmable Controller (BRC1D71)
7 Day Programmable Remote Controller available for use with VRV®, VRV®-S and SkyAir Models.
This new wired remote controller p/n BRC1D71, provides all the features of the existing wired remote controller, plus the added benefits of 7 day programmability. This feature includes up to 5 different settings per day.
A detailed installation and operation manual is available as well as a submittal data sheet with all the details of this new controller.

- Constantly monitors the system for malfunctions (total of 80 components)
- Self diagnosis function
- Immediate display of fault location and condition
- Built in 7 day time clock with 5 settings per day
- LCD lets you display the set point temperature in 1°F increments
- Monitors room temperature and preset temperature by microcomputer and can select cool/heat operation mode automatically (heat recovery series only)
- Away mode allows the system to maintain a minimum temperature of 50°F in heating and maximum temperature of 85°F in cooling, thus conserving energy while the space is unoccupied.
- Approximately two hour battery backup
- A second BRC1D71 can be added to the system in a separate location for ease of use.
