JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Product Specialist-Commercial Products - Dallas, TX
The Commercial Product Specialist is responsible for product marketing and
planning for all VRV and other associated commercial products. This includes
managing the product through its lifecycle, implementing a complete marketing
mix, developing powerful customer support tools, and acting as “Product
Champion” both internally and externally. Individual will work closely with
various departments, such as sales planning, engineering, technical services,
etc. to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, as well as,
ensure that all product marketing activities are closely aligned with the
company's overall strategy and goals.
This position requires detailed practical knowledge of commercial HVAC products and services, customers, decision makers, sales processes and market trends. A minimum of 5 years recent experience in commercial product planning and marketing experience within an HVAC technical sales environment; including complete product life cycle management.
Sales Engineer- New York City
Individual will be responsible for selling and promoting Daikin’s products and
services requiring technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering.
Primary responsibility is educating Consulting Engineers with regard to the
benefits of the Daikin product line. Individual must be able to establish
customer interest as well as guide and influence the technical and financial
decision making process. This position will manage an assigned territory and
accounts to maximize long-range account penetration and growth plans for current
and future system solutions offerings.
Position requires strong goal orientation, active listening and ability to multi-task. Individual needs the ability to work with little direct supervision while functioning as a team to achieve sales and corporate goals. BA/BS degree, engineering, business or marketing preferred. Additionally, this person must have proven account sales management experience within the HVAC environment. Extensive travel throughout the NY metro area.
